The ongoing project [BOOKMARK] was inspired by the BOOKSHOP LIBRARY’s notable trait of how people come in to exchange conversations by using books as the means. The project aspires to collect the conversations in order to develop, reinterpret, and retell them in various methods and formats.

Debuted at the BOOKSHOP LIBRARY’s inaugural exhibition THE LAST COPY IS FOR READING HERE, the [BOOKMARK] project was first enacted as a series of bookmarks containing incognito dialogue excerpts on one book drifting to another. These dialogues loosely formed routes inside the shop and forged momentary classifications of books in the collection.

As the physical space of the BOOKSHOP LIBRARY lengthens to the online platform, the project propagates to [BOOKMARK ARCHIVE] and [BOOKMARK MAGAZINE].

โปรเจกต์ [BOOKMARK] ถูกนำเสนอเป็นครั้งแรกภายใต้นิทรรศการ THE LAST COPY IS FOR READING HERE โดยจัดแสดงในรูปแบบที่คั่นหนังสือที่ตีพิมพ์การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับหนังสือเล่มต่างๆ จากเล่มหนึ่งไปยังอีกเล่มหนึ่ง เกิดเป็นเส้นทางของหนังสือ ที่กลายเป็นการจัดกลุ่มหนังสือแบบชั่วคราวให้แก่คอลเลกชั่นหนังสือภายใน BOOKSHOP LIBRARY

เมื่อพื้นที่ของ BOOKSHOP LIBRARY ถูกขยายสู่แพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ โปรเจกต์นี้จึงถูกขยายขอบเขตการทำงาน เกิดเป็นโปรเจกต์ [BOOKMARK ARCHIVE] และ [BOOKMARK MAGAZINE]
