Lay It On Thick is a flash fiction, erotica publication project initiated by Natascha Nanji and Palin Ansusinha. The first issue, A Summer 2019 Compilation, is a collection of texts, drawings and images that capture the raw heat of sweltering summer moments, those feverish sensations washing over perspiring bodies, vaporising as they emerge. It is a publication that friends or lovers can slip in/out of each other’s bags, or “accidentally” leave in a corner of your local coffee shop, bookshop, library or art space. We have invited a total of 24 contributors based all around the world. They are writers, artists, curators, musicians, philosophers, cultural workers/art labourers gathered together through our personal networks of kinship and affiliations.

Lay It On Thick เป็นชุดสิ่งพิมพ์รวบรวมเรื่องแต่งแนวอิโรติคริเริ่มโดย นาตาชา นานจิ และ ปาลิน อังศุสิงห์ หัวข้อฉบับแรก A Summer 2019 Compilation รวมประสบการณ์ทางจินตนาการที่ปะทุขึ้นมาจากสัมผัสอันเร่าร้อนและความทรงจําที่แผดเผาภายใต้อุณภูมิที่สูงขึ้นในฤดูร้อนปี 2562 ทั้งหมดนี้ถูกเรียบเรียงอยู่ในรูปแบบของงานเขียน รูปวาด และภาพถ่ายที่สื่อถึงความใกล้ชิดชั่วขณะไปจนถึงความดิบของแรงปรารถนา สิ่งพิมพ์นี้หวังจะเป็นสิ่งที่ผู้อ่านอยากส่งต่อให้กับเพื่อน แฟน คนที่แอบชอบ แม้กระทั่งคนแปลกหน้าที่บังเอิญพบที่ร้านกาแฟ ร้านหนังสือ ห้องสมุด หรือพื้นที่ทางศิลปะ บรรณาธิการได้เชิญผู้มีส่วนร่วมทั้งหมด 24 คนจากทุกมุมโลก ทั้งนักเขียน ศิลปิน ภัณฑารักษ์ นักปรัชญา และคนทํางานด้านศิลปวัฒนธรรมจากเครือข่ายความสัมพันธ์ส่วนตัวมาร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์
