RIM reveals the transition of latent image techniques, with selected scanned snapshots taken by the artist who then independently worked for magazines. The publication offers glimpses of truth onto the artist’s thoughts of the days gone; on their substances and styles influenced by cultural interaction of the late 90’s to early 2000’s, as well as his memories to his family, friends and colleagues.
Kornkrit Jianpinidnan (b. 1975, Chiang Rai, Thailand, lives and works in Bangkok, Thailand) is interested in fine art photography and fashion photography. His artistic production is achieved into a visual journal and a documentation of the people and location that he has contact with. Since 2006, Kornkrit has published photography projects, RIM is his latest publication with BANGKOK CITYCITY GALLERY, after Poem 8, In Love – In Babylon in 2017.
