One of the current Thai government’s Ministers was convicted of conspiring to import 3.2 kg of heroin to Australia. He was sentenced to a minimum period of four years’ jail, and then deported in 1997.

He is now a Minister in this government. While the oppositional party examined whether it is proper for him to be in the part of the government, he offered an excuse that it was not heroin but just the flour. His excuse became a dark joke in Thailand, that heroin is just the flour.

ICONOCLASTOR is a brand and an art project by Pisitakun Kuntalang (Duang) who use drawings, prints, cartoon, stickers and fashion items, such a bag or a cloth, as a tool to record and tell about Thai politic since 2010.

หนึ่งในคณะรัฐมนตรีปัจจุบันถูกตั้งข้อหาสมคบคิดนำเฮโรอีนน้ำหนัก 3.2 กิโลกรัมเข้าประเทศออสเตรเลีย เขาถูกตัดสินจำคุกเป็นระยะเวลาอย่างน้อยสี่ปี และถูกส่งกลับประเทศหลังจากนั้นในปี 2550

ปัจจุบันเขาดำรงตำแหน่งรัฐมนตรีให้กับรัฐบาลปัจจุบัน ในขณะที่พรรคฝ่ายค้านพยายามตรวจสอบว่ามันเหมาะสมหรือไม่สำหรับการเข้ารับตำแหน่งของรัฐมนตรีคนนี้ เขาอ้างว่าสิ่งที่เขานำเข้าไปในประเทศออสเตรเลียไม่ใช่เฮโรอีนแต่เป็น ‘แป้ง’ ข้ออ้างนี้กลายเป็นตลกร้ายในสังคมไทยที่เข้าใจกันดีว่า ‘แป้ง’ หมายถึงเฮโรอีน

ICONOCLASTOR คือชื่อแบรนด์และโปรเจกต์งานศิลปะของพิสิฎฐ์กุล ควรแถลง (เดื่อง) ที่ใช้ผลงานภาพวาด สิ่งพิมพ์ การ์ตูน สติ๊กเกอร์ รวมไปถึงกระเป๋าและเสื้อผ้าเป็นเครื่องมือในการบันทึกและเล่าเรื่องสถานการณ์การเมืองไทย ตั้งแต่เหตุการณ์ในปี 2553 มาจนถึงปัจจุบัน
